Bush sites	17 located in and around 26 hectares of native bush, provided for recreational use.
Whakapirau sites	14 sites located on the main farm.
Barn site	1 site adjacent to the hay barn.
Far Gully sites	4 sites located across the main gully.
Raukawa sites	5 sites located close to Raukawa Road.

Access ways

Building platforms and access driveways to each site have been formed as part of the overall development.

 

Direct access is via two private asphalt roads off Whakapirau Road.  Raukawa Road enters the southern end of the Estate.

 

Roads within the Estate are predominantly asphalt with metal access ways to sites.

 

The integrity of the development is protected for all landowners by architectural design with appropriate landscape guidelines. ‘Country Homestead’ is the specified style. Single level dwellings are stipulated for some sites.

 

Private plantings are height restricted to ensure unhindered views for everyone.
